Dark rooms allowed for great sleep during the day, and the pet-friendly policy was a huge plus. The bed and comforter provided excellent comfort. While the bathroom felt small and there was a slight damp smell upon arrival, the cleanliness was commendable. Breakfast options looked appealing, but I didn't partake this time.

Had pet-friendly and nice looking room, free breakfasts, you guys rock!
I loved the room, the bed was very comfy. Location: the hotel was close enough to a nice quiet area and Chattanooga and Atlanta. A few times I ate at Waffle House, located at walking distance from the venue.

Mostly quiet room. Good location.
Had an issue with 2 holes at the bottom of our entrance door that you could see daylight through in the morning. Had a few flies and mosquito's in the room. I complained to the manager and he said he would have it checked out. I asked again the next day and the 4 day and it was never fixed. Some of the staff pretended to not speak English. They treat Americans like we are in there country and we are beneath them. No menu on the tv to see what you were viewing. Internet service did not work and they didn't want to hear about it. I only eat fruit or veggies and there apples and oranges were old and squishy and hard oranges. Supposedly only good junk food. Motel for construction workers out of there area everywhere.
